What We Collect
Your name, email address and password (stored only as a one-way hash); your company’s name and settings; and the audit data your team enters: customers, locations, work stations, machines, conditions, notes and reports.
How We Use It
To run the Service: signing you in, saving your audits, producing reports, and sending the emails you ask for (sign-in links, audit notices, final reports to the addresses your company lists, and audit reminders). We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where It Lives
Data is stored in a hosted Postgres database and the app runs on hosted servers; email is sent through an email delivery provider. These providers process data only to provide those services.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in; one remembers your display mode. Nothing is used for tracking.
Keeping It Safe
Connections are encrypted, passwords are hashed, each company’s data is separated from every other company’s, and sessions end after 15 minutes without activity.
Your Choices
Admins can update or remove users and customer data from inside the app. To delete a company’s account and data entirely, contact us.
