Preventative Maintenance

Terms Of Service

Last updated: October 2026
1. The Service
Preventative Maintenance Audit (“the Service”) lets a company record maintenance audits of its customers’ equipment, review them and produce reports. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done under your account. Admins are responsible for the people they add to their company. Tell us right away if you think an account has been misused.
3. Your Data
Everything you enter (customers, locations, machines, audits, reports) belongs to your company. We store it so the Service can work and we don’t sell it. You can export your reports at any time, and you can ask us to delete your company’s data.
4. Acceptable Use
Don’t use the Service to break the law, to store data you don’t have the right to store, or to interfere with other companies’ use of it. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Availability
We work to keep the Service available but can’t promise it will never be interrupted. The Service is provided “as is”; to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will let account admins know. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
